• 1. How long in advance do I need to register for the service?

  To ensure we receive booking and arrange our staff to arrive at the airport promptly, please book at least 3 hour before your flight lands/check-in procedures
  
  Note: In case you have not received an confirmation email or any other methods confirming your booking, please contact us at least 3 hours before the flight lands/check-in procedures via hotline or email.

• 2. Do I need to tell you of every change to my plans?

  Yes. If you have any changes to your itinerary related to the confirmed service, you must notify us via email for timely processing.

• 3. What should I do if I can't find your staff?

  First, you should carefully observe the Welcome Board at the meeting point that we have agreed. At the same time, check messages or calls when getting off the plane/arriving at the airport in a less crowded area to avoid noises.
  
  By all means, if you cannot find the staff, please call the emergency hotline in the confirmation email.

• 4. What happen if I am late or early?

  For arrivals, if your scheduled landing time changes the representative will monitor the new time and be ready to meet you when you land. For departures if you know that you are going to be a little early or late arriving at the airport (e.g. because of traffic) then you or your driver should contact the representative so they can adjust the meeting time.

• 5. Are there any other restrictions when I use these services?

  Each airport has its own rules and regulations who may sometime supersede the local provider’s own operating procedures. Sometimes there is a temporary security clampdown or similar temporary alert condition ordered. Both of these may effect parts of the usual VIP service. In such a cases, these are force majeure beyond our control.

• 6. Are children permitted? Are there any discounts?

  Yes. Children are welcome. There is a 100% discount for infants aged under 24 months.
